Admin & Player Warps

• Admin warps — /setwarp <name> [category] (permission-gated)
• Player warps — /pwarp create <name> with a configurable creation cost (Vault) and a per-permission limit (xwarps.pwarp.limit.<n>)

Every warp is stored in the xwarps table; the cache is synced across servers via XCore's sync channel.

Browser GUI

/warps opens a category menu (your configured categories + "All" + "My Favorites"). Each category opens a paginated browser — featured warps are pinned to the top, then sorted by visits. Each item shows owner, category, server, price, visits and star rating.
